Late arrival, cancellation and no show policy

To be fair to Bill and other clients, if you are 10 minutes or more late for your appointment, you may not receive your full service or you may be asked to reschedule.

If you cancel an appointment with less than 48 hours notice, or miss your appointment all together, you will forfeit your deposit.
